12:00 Adult Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu (Gi) - Lunch class will start by drilling standup scenarios as part of tournament prep for Jeremy and Trepp this weekend. Then we cover attacks from the high mount and have some rounds of rolling.

4:30pm Little Kids Taekwondo - Front kicks, jabs, crosses, and footwork will be played in an obstacle course format.

5:30pm Big Kids Taekwondo - Pad work and kick shields focusing on front, roundhouse, and side kicks.

---

6:30pm Adult Nogi - This evenings class is the final class focused attacking with the Kimura. We will revisit previously taught techniques as a refresher and finally look at how it can be used as a defensive grip for escapes.
