4:30pm Pre-k Martial Arts Class - We will continue to focus on our clinching and punch defense.
5:30pm Kids Jiu Jitsu Class - Class will begin with our usual warmup followed by back control 101 and takedown curriculum.
6:30pm Adult Jiu Jitsu Class (gi) - Tony will be covering Clinch 101 takedowns and end class with drilling or rounds of rolling.
