Next Generation Martial Arts in Thibodaux, LA believes in building a strong youth. We look to keep our kids martial arts classes structured to build discipline and respect. That structure is built around our curriculum and part of the curriculum is learning to take pride in wearing a uniform. Having a uniform makes individuals become a unit. Wearing your uniform proudly means you take pride in your cleanliness and appearance. We want our kids martial arts classes to teach the value of taking part in something greater than themselves.

11.27.23 Next Generation Martial Arts Class schedule
4:30pm Pre-K Martial Arts Class - today we are covering strikes in a game of musical bags. This should be fun.
5:30pm Kids Jiu Jitsu Class - today we are working on mount 101 and defense to strikes. By new year we will have our online curriculum fully up an running so you child can review lessons before class. Also, it will help parents assist kids at home.
6:30pm Adult Jiu Jitsu Class (gi) - tonight we are covering closed guard head and arm clinch. Review the position in our online training portal for curriculum support. See what personal flare Shane puts on this position in class. Always remember to relax when training. Contact us if you cannot remember the account password.
